 Cost: - Free for children under 3, $6 for children 3-12, $7 for students & seniors (60+), $9 for adults
  - Free street parking available on Cannon Dr., Seasonal parking available in Diversey Harbor Lot (across the street from museum)
- Nature Pals Playgroup (ages 1-4): $15/caregiver and child, $10/each additional child
- Children's activity (ages 2-4, each session has different name): $12/member or $15/non-member
 Ages welcome: All
 Hours: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday-Sunday
Nature Pals Playgroup (ages 1-4): 9:30 a.m. -- 10: 30 a.m. first Wednesday of the month
Children's Activity (ages 2-4): 9:30 a.m. third Wednesday of the month

The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum offers several permanent exhibitions and a few temporary ones that show our natural world in action. Permanent exhibits include: Judy Istock Butterfly Haven, Birds of Chicago, River Works, Mysteries of the Marsh, Istock Family Look-in Animal Lab, Wilderness Walk, Hands-on Habitat, The Heritage of the Chicago Academy of Sciences, Extreme Gree House, Micole Birwalk and Outdoor Exhibitions. Programs and classes are offered for all ages.
